Did You Know? - You can stop users appearing in actionee lists

We have had a number of requests asking if there is a feature to prevent certain users from appearing in the dropdown lists of actionees when allocating a remedial action either on the website or via MyDataCollector App. 

We are please to announce that we have now introduced this feature to the website.
 
To prevent individual users from appearing in the actionee drop down lists- 
  • Click ADMIN - MANAGE USERS - EDIT USERS.
  • Then tick the 'No Actions' check box and click Save.
Note this is only possible if the user does not have any exisiting actions allocated to them. If you want users with currently allocated actions to be removed from the actionee lists you will need to reallocate any exisiting actions to another user first, then follow the above steps.
