We have added a new feature allowing Administrators to archive expired documents directly from the records page.
Why do I need this feature?
When a document reaches its expiry date it will be flagged by the system as Expired. It will be included in the monthly reports to the system administrators and responsible persons.
When a replacement document is added to the system, an Administrator can now with a single click archive the old document.
Note the document will remain visible but will no longer be treated as expired, it will also be displayed grayed out indicating that a new version exists.
How to Archive
- Simply click on the Archive button for the document that is to be archived.
Note to re-instate a document:
- Select the edit button and then click the re-instate button (bottom left).
